Wayfair All Modern

MLN Fire Protection completed the add and relocate scope for the Wayfair All Modern shopping center renovation. In addition to reworking the existing fire protection systems to support the new tenant layout, MLN also performed a fire pump controller swap-out, coordinating closely with the City of Austin to ensure a seamless transition and full code compliance. This project is a great example of MLN’s ability to handle both complex tenant improvements and critical life safety upgrades with precision and efficiency.
