Capstone Phase 2

Apple’s Capstone Phase 2 consists of several components including a 1.1 million square feet garage, a 360,000 square feet office building, a 300,000 square feet research and development (R&D) facility with a combination of gas and pre-action systems, and a 200,000 square feet amenity building. MLN’s project installation included wet pipe, dry pipe, and standpipe systems. We were also able to achieve 35% HUB participation.
