Sweeny Community Hospital

Sweeny Community Hospital underwent a major redevelopment, building a new, modern facility on its current site at 305 N. McKinney Street. The project, which started around August 2022 and was initially expected to be completed in late 2024 (with some updates suggesting a phased completion into 2025/2026), involves constructing the new hospital around the old facility to keep it operational, aiming to expand services and improve patient care.  MLN’s Construction team was responsible for the Mechanical and Plumbing scopes of work on the project.
