San Jacinto River Authority

MLN’s Special Projects group was recently successful in securing SJRA’s Surface Facilities retrofit project. The scope-of-work on this retrofit includes the HVAC chilled water piping and pump system, plumbing, sheetmetal and a comfort cooling controls system in the plant.

Rusty Minchew, Gage Davis and Robert Sellier with MLN’s Special Projects group teamed-up with FNI, HDR, AECOM and McCarthy Building Company and completed this $2.5M project by March 2015.
