PVAMU College of Nursing – Cooling Tower Refurbishment

MLN Service provided a turnkey solution included the replacement of the supply piping and 2” drain piping under the tower, replacement of water distribution nozzle and butterfly valves. Structural support beams that were previously missing were installed. Fill was replaced, basin was sandblasted, seals were replaced and waterproofing to the basin/tower with Sika caulking and a CIM was also part of the scope of work. Shutdown for piping replacement was completed over a weekend to maintain building comfort.
