Project
Memorial Hermann Memorial City Hospital
MLN built and installed the mechanical systems, including the 18,000-square-foot central plant with three cooling towers and three 1,200-ton chillers.
The new hospital was built out in an existing structure. The overall completion was severely impacted by two major storm systems. The complexity of the storms’ effects was dealt with in each case to continue to meet the owner’s overall vision. Hurricane Ike struck six months before completion, adding another year to repair the water damage.
