Marathon Oil

MLN’s Mechanical Construction Group is working to complete the new Marathon Oil Company located near the southeast corner of I-10 and Beltway 8 in Houston. Marathon Oil’s new home aligns with their strategy and values, is closer to our highest employee population density, and it is within walking distance to dozens of CityCentre conveniences.

MLN’s scope of work includes the HVAC system (Sheet Metal, and Hydronic Piping) and Plumbing. MLN’s JP Machemehl worked with Infinity MEP Consultants and Harvey Builders to complete this new 445,000 square feet, 15 story office building in 2021.
