Houston Center Repositioning

MLN’s Special Projects Group completed the 150,000 square foot Houston Center Repositioning project that is a full-scale renovation of the mixed-use complex at Houston Center. The repositioning includes the four Houston Center buildings and their connections. The office campus is reimagined to be the premier destination for Class A office space with access to amenities, retail, parking, transportation, and public urban areas.

MLN’s scope of work includes the HVAC system (Sheet Metal, and Building Automation System), Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems. MLN’s Travis Sheppard worked with Gensler Architects, I.A. Naman, and Harvey Builders to complete this project 2021.
