Harris County Facilities – 1200 Baker Street Jail

MLN Service provided a turnkey solution to replace the existing Steam Heat Exchangers for the Domestic Water Heater and Building Hydronic Heating Systems. Two new Thermal Flow vertical steam heat exchangers were provided and installed for each system. Start-up of 2 of the new heat exchanges allowed the building to remain open while the existing units were down. MLN Service also provided the Building Controls to interface the new system into the new heat exchangers. Customer training was provided on for the Building Controls and operation of the heat exchangers.
