Gulf Coast Growth Ventures (GCGV)

MLN’s Mechanical Construction Group completed construction on the new ExxonMobil* and SABIC joint venture called Gulf Coast Growth Ventures. The abundance of low-cost U.S. natural gas provided a unique opportunity to build this multi-billion-dollar facility. ExxonMobil and SABIC bring unmatched expertise to this project, having worked together in petrochemical ventures for more than 35 years.

MLN’s scope of work includes the HVAC system (Sheet Metal, and Building Automation System), Plumbing and Fire Protection systems. MLN’s Kenny Callihan worked with Infinity MEP Engineers and Harvey Builders to complete the laboratories and non-process related facilities in 2020.
