Cellipont Bioservices

Cellipont Bioservices, a cell therapy contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), constructed a new 76,000 square feet commercial-ready, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for cell therapies and gene-modified cell therapies in The Woodlands, Texas. The new facility was commissioned in phases, with the first phase operational in the first half of 2024. Cellipont was headquartered in Poway, California, near San Diego and now calls The Woodlands its new headquarters.

This building renovation project was a conversion of an existing commercial office building into multiple laboratories and cleanrooms. MLN Special Projects team supported this Design, Assist, and Build project from an HVAC Mechanical Systems perspective.
