MLN installed 3,500 tons of HVAC, including 91 air handling units and more than 900 fan-powered terminal units to support 36 floors of office space and a 10-story parking garage.

This 46-story office tower is located in downtown Houston, allowing for no laydown area on the project. MLN had to schedule all equipment deliveries and setting had to be timed precisely with no room for error. Our MLN crews coordinated this to perfection, and on schedule every time. On the plumbing side, we provided more than 440 fixtures, 36 drinking fountains, and 370 drains to support 75 restrooms, and a 10-story parking garage. Additionally, MLN personnel onsite were injury-free for the duration of the two-year project.
