1213 Hermann Drive

MLN Service Company was contracted to remove two existing 280-ton centrifugal Trane chillers with two 280-ton Magnetic bearing Daikin centrifugal chillers along with the associated pumps over a weekend at the 1213 Hermann Drive building. The work started Friday evening and the system was back on line and operational by Sunday morning without the knowledge of the building tenants.

Project coordination was critical aspect of the project as street closures were required and MLN Service had to work with the City of Houston to schedule the change out around the Super Bowl and the HLSR.
