Zilker Point

Zilker Point was designed from the ground up to be the healthiest building in Austin. The development includes 195,000 square feet of Class A office space comprising of six levels (floors 2-7) each with a 30,000 square foot floor plate.
MLN Fire Protection installed a comprehensive fire protection system for the premier office building in downtown Austin. The project at 218 South Lamar features five underground parking levels with nitrogen dry pipe sprinkler systems, while floors 1–7 use wet sprinkler pipe systems with PRVs throughout. A single fire pump room on level 1 supplies the entire building.
MLN substantially completed project work in September, 2024.
