Texas Facilities Commission – Capitol Complex Phase 2
The Texas Facilities Commission – Capitol Complex Phase 2 project in Austin, Texas involved constructing a new five-level state office building and two, five-level underground parking garages, with a total area of nearly 700,000 square feet. The scope included HVAC and plumbing systems, sheet metal, and insulation. Plumbing work covered garage drains and drainage systems, storm and sanitary ejector pumps, elevator sump pumps, water heaters, and booster pump systems. HVAC installations included air handling units, energy recovery units, boilers, heat exchangers, variable air volume units, supply, exhaust and pressurization fans, fan coil units, and hydronic radiators.
