Sixth&Blanco

The new construction of Sixth&Blanco stands as the first and only mixed-use concept of its caliber in Austin. Every extension and detail of the 8-story mixed-use building has been thoroughly considered. The development consists of three floors of parking below grade, premier retail and restaurants on the first and second floors, a bespoke hotel on the third floor, and breathtaking homes on the fourth and fifth floors. Our MLN team’s scope of work involved installing a new fire suppression system for the building areas consisting of both wet and dry sprinkler systems, and a manual wet standpipe system.
