Rowan Data Center – Project Cinco

The Cinco project signifies a significant investment by Rowan Green Data in the future of cloud and AI infrastructure in one of the world’s fastest-growing markets. The Cinco hyperscale campus is the first of its scale for Rowan in the state of Texas. Rowan’s deeply experienced execution team leads the development, construction, and delivery of the project. Located in Medina County, the site is roughly 440 acres and is expected to be fully operational in 2027.
MLN’s Fire Protection staff provided work on the fire suppression system for the new mission critical 250,000 square feet data center.
The installed work included an automatic dry Class I standpipe system, two dry pipe sprinkler systems, and seven double-interlock pre-action systems.
Also included will be two 250,000 gallon fire water tanks and a premanufactured fire pump equipped with dual 2,000 GPM diesel driven fire pumps.
