Alvin ISD – Chiller Replacement Project

MLN Service provided a turnkey solution for the removal and installation of a 120-Ton Air Cooled Chiller at the Alvin ISD – Longfellow Elementary campus. This project was completed over a weekend and the scope of work included Crane/Rigging, Insulation, Pipefitting, Controls and Start-up. By utilizing MLN Service’s BuyBoard Agreement, MLN was able to complete this project with the support of Alvin ISD’s staff so that the building never lost cooling during operating hours.
