Gensler Houston Offices

The Gensler Houston Office Build-out Project reflects a precise, carefully executed design and installation of environmentally friendly mechanical and bioprotection systems. The project encompassed two floors totaling 46,000 square feet of workspace in 2 Houston Center for the ultimate delivery of a safe, comfortable, cutting-edge environment for Gensler employees to foster new, innovative ideas to serve their clients.

What MLN carefully orchestrated behind the walls and the challenges that were methodically overcome have ensured well-being and safety in Gensler’s Houston office in a unique, dynamic and aesthetically pleasing office space on both sides of the walls, ceilings and floors. Throughout, MLN adhered to diligent safety standards, adjusted with nimble decision-making and spearheaded tremendous coordination efforts. The project’s LEED certification attests to the space’s quality of robust, high-performance green features and environmentally responsible building practices.
