The Rice University GRB EW L2 renovation was completed in 2016. MLN’s HVAC scope of work included equipment and installation of a fan wall array, four chilled/hot water fan coil units and their condensate piping and pipe installation. Also provided were four VAV boxes, utility vent sets, grills registers, diffusers, DDC controls and lab controls and valves.
