The MLN Special Projects team is proud to have been a part of the remodeling of Neeley Hall dormitory at Texas A&M University. The project was completed under normal working hours even though it was under a tight schedule and needed to be completed in the summer before the fall semester began. At the start of construction, MLN had to remove all of the glass on the top three floors and install a 14’x14’ concrete foundation for the installation of material and personnel hoist. The foundation was then removed at the completion of the project. MLN provided complete HVAC and fire protection services.
