University of St. Thomas Center for Science & Health Professions

The new facility comprises more than 100,000 square feet of laboratory and classroom space, and construction is ongoing on the university’s occupied campus in oft-congested Montrose neighborhood. MLN’s scope of work includes 4 wet pipe sprinkler systems and standpipe for the four-story building.
