MD Anderson South Campus Research Building Phase 3 Buildout

MLN Fire Protection designed and installed a first-generation build-out of a wet pipe system with more than 1,000 sprinkler heads in the Texas Medical Center. The 40,550-square-foot buildout of laboratory space on Levels 2, 3, 4, and 5 was 3D-coordinated and subject to the rigorous University of Texas-MD Anderson approval process.
