MD Anderson Mid-Campus Building 1 Tenant Buildout

The Mid-Campus Building project comprises eight levels of interior build out. MLN Fire Protection installed a wet pipe sprinkler system in office and laboratory spaces. It was necessary to keep systems in service throughout construction with no interruption to the building occupants. System drain downs and the refilling of life safety systems required direct interface with the owner.

The overall project was 373,000 square feet of tenant renovations at an approximate contract amount of $900,000.
