Tesoro Office

Two buildings were constructed to serve as the headquarters for Tesoro Oil Company.

The project comprises a 12-story building connected to a six-story building. Additionally, an attached parking garage that contained the central utility plant while provided services to the whole project. The Tesoro Headquarters was constructed under LEED guidelines. The mechanical system utilizes both underfloor and conventional overhead systems.
