Sam Houston State University (SHSU) Health Professions Building

The Sam Houston State University (SHSU) Health Professions Building in Conroe, TX, is a $65-$70 million, 81,000–85,000 square feet, four-story facility that officially opened in February 2026. Located next to the College of Osteopathic Medicine, it houses programs in athletic training, dietetics, physician assistant studies, and physical therapy. Master of Science in athletic training, Master of Science in dietetics, Master of Science in physician assistant studies, and Doctor of physical therapy. Facility Features include state-of-the-art skills labs, simulation spaces, active learning classrooms, a demo kitchen, and student services.
