This work was performed by our MLN Special Projects and is a tenant finish out project in an existing building.  Scope of work included the following:  Handling Units, Rooftop Condensing Units, Ductless Minisplit Systems, Terminal Units, Inline Exhaust Fans, Humidifiers, Duct Heaters, Louvers, Filter Banks at AHU’s, Grills, Registers, Diffusers, Sheetmetal Ductwork, Condensate Drain Piping, Refrigerant Piping, Insulation, Controls, Startup, Test and Balance
