Houston Texans Football Operations

MLN Special Projects completed a transformative 19,600 square feet renovation for the Houston Texans, redefining the team’s operational and performance environments to support excellence on and off the field. This project was centered on enhancing day-to-day efficiency, communication, and collaboration for the General Manager and coaching staff through reformed offices and meeting spaces.

In addition to the new administrative areas, the renovation included the full revitalization of the mezzanine level and a complete modernization of the adjacent weight room and performance training areas. These upgrades delivered state-of-the-art facilities to meet the evolving needs of the professional athletes, reinforcing a culture of high performance, resilience, and continuous improvement.
