MLN’s Mechanical Construction Group was recently awarded the new 23-story office building that will be located at the former site of Macy’s on Main Street between Lamar and Dallas.

MLN’s scope of work includes the HVAC system with an underfloor air distribution solution and plumbing. MLN’s team consisting of Chad Smith, Brian Gengo, Marcus Vialpando, James Ponshock and Harley Nicar are working to complete this project in December 2015.
