Texas Children’s Hospital – The Center for Children and Women

MLN’s Special Projects group recently completed this 50,000-square-foot facility, located in the Greenspoint area of Houston.

The Center for Children and Women is a primary care physician practice medical facility for Texas Children’s Health Plan members. The facility is designed to address the shortage of primary care medical needs for the Medicaid and CHIP (Children’s Health Insurance Program) participants. Matt Sullivan, Wade Waller and Robert Sellier with MLN’s Special Projects group will teamed-up with FKP Architects, Telios and Balfour Beatty to complete this project for Texas Children’s Hospital. MLN’s scope-of-work on the project included the HVAC systems and the Sheet Metal.
