St. Luke’s Woodlands
MLN’s Special Projects group successfully secured all three (3) phases of the HVAC scope-of-work on this construction event. Phase 1 was the build-out of the 4th floor shell space. Phases 2 and 3 included the core, shell, and build-out of the 5th and 6th levels of the West Patient Tower Expansion at the St. Luke’s Woodlands Hospital.
Rusty Minchew, Marcos Vialpando and Robert Sellier with MLN’s Special Projects group teamed-up with Kirksey | Architecture, Smith Seckman Reid, and Robins & Morton to deliver this project in budget. The project consisted of three 25K sq. ft. nursing units that include 25+ patient rooms, and several isolation patient rooms per level.
