Southwestern Energy

Southwestern Energy’s corporate headquarters in Spring, Texas, comprises a new 500,000-square-feet corporate office over two, 10-story buildings. MLN Fire Protection designed, coordinated, and installed the standpipe with four risers, fire tank, two fire pumps (one for garage and one servicing both office buildings), two gas suppression systems for UPS rooms (FM 200), two pre-action systems (double-interlock), and 22 wet pipe systems.

Our team completed scope for both core and shell, and interiors. MLN was the first MEP subcontractor to complete its scope of work and move offsite.
