Shell Woodcreek Campus
MLN’s Mechanical Construction group and Fire Protection team completed three phases of expansion to Shell’s Woodcreek campus in West Houston’s Energy Corridor. Phase 3 added a parking garage and two, 12-story buildings totaling 672,000 square feet. MLN designed, coordinated, and installed 24 wet pipe systems, two dry systems, two fire pumps, to fire tanks, two standpipe systems, four FM 200 gas systems.
Phase 4 brought another 12-story building (approximately 336,000 square feet) and parking garage, with 12 wet pipe systems and one dry system, fire pump, fire tank, standpipe system, and two FM 200 gas systems.
Phase 5 included complete remodels to two six-story office buildings and one pre-action system. A Child Development Center was also part of MLN’s scope on Shell’s campus.
