Rice University Anderson-Clarke Center
MLN’s Mechanical Construction Group is working to complete the D. Kent and Linda C. Anderson and Robert L. and Jean T. Clarke Center which will be the new home for the Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies.
The three-story, 54,700 square-foot facility will house 24 classrooms, conference rooms, a language center, an auditorium, and a commons area and terrace for special events. Construction began in mid-January of 2013 and is expected to earn LEED Silver status once complete. MLN’s scope of work includes the HVAC system, Sheet Metal, and Building Automation System. MLN’s Kenny Callihan worked with Overland Partners, BDMI and Tellepsen completed this project in 2013.
