The 33-story postmodern skyscraper at 717 Texas ranks as Houston’s 30th tallest building, and captured Texas Construction Magazine’s Best Construction Project of 2004 Merit Award.

The complex consists of the office and a 914-car parking garage, with two below-grade levels and nine above-grade levels, and 24 floors of core and shell office space. MLN built and installed the center’s HVAC systems, totaling 4,500 tons of air conditioning.
