Safety
The First Consideration in the Operation of Our Business
The MLN Company aspires to be a model of safety among mechanical contractors. No expense is spared in the pursuit of this objective.
The goal of our Safety and Health Program is to reduce the number of injuries and illnesses to an absolute minimum, not merely in keeping with, but surpassing the best experience of operations similar to our own.
No Cost Is Too High, No Compromise Is Tolerated
A comprehensive program — we take a behavioral-health approach, providing incentives for superior performance — is directed in-house by a Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO). In turn, our CSHO is supported by field safety supervisors at every project and qualified foremen who lead weekly, on-site safety discussions in association with every MLN project. In addition to our own safety staff, MLN relies on third-party safety consultants and insurance professionals to ensure our training programs and safety procedures remain current and incorporate only the highest standards.
The health and safety of every MLN employee is of primary importance to our company. The prevention of even occasional, occupationally induced injuries or illnesses is considered an unparalleled corporate priority.
Safety Rooted in Intelligence, Experience and Vigilance
Accordingly, MLN employees strive always to know and comply with pertinent laws and standards and to be vigilant in their awareness of work-area conditions that might produce injuries. No MLN employee is required to work at a job under conditions that he or she knows to be unsafe or unhealthy.
